Our History

Glen Allen & Co., Inc. was formed in 1969 to sell Telecommunications and Data Products to Telephone Operating and Long Distance Companies in Puerto Rico and the neighboring islands. The Company was purchased by its present owner in 1974, and is still a closely held private corporation. The company is organized and registered in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

In the mid 1970's Glen Allen expanded to cover the entire Caribbean Basin, Suriname, Guyana, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos. In the mid 1980's we began marketing and selling to the Cable TV operators as well. We now serve the Telecommunications Industry in Latin America and around the world.
